Prompts for the Autumn Equinox
A time for both harvesting and sowing seeds for the coming Spring
As day and night fall into balance, it’s time to pause and adjust to changes that are taking place around us.
This is both a time for harvest and preparing for the winter months, and a time to plant seeds for the coming Spring.

Set aside 30 - 60 minutes to consider these questions, recording your reflections in any way that feels right.
What are you harvesting?
What areas of your work have come to fruition?
How are you marking this?
What new assets, relationships, knowledge or experience do you have?
How might you build on these?
Or allow for fallow time of that’s what is needed?
What seeds are you sowing?
What new ideas, relationships and opportunities are emerging?
Which are you most drawn to?
How will you tend to and nurture these over the coming months?
How do these things relate to the rest of your work?
Which compliment and which might canabalise what’s already in your portfolio?
What else do you notice?
I’d suggest setting your reflection aside for a couple of days and coming back to them to see what fresh insighta you might glean from them.
Let me know how you get on.
